Prosecco Cocktail
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
1 sugar cube (½ teaspoon sugar)
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 part Cognac
Prosecco

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the sugar, bitters and cognac to a Champagne flute. Carefully top up with Prosecco.
