AVIATION COCKTAIL Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. The Botanist Gin .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice .50 oz. Maraschino Liqueur .25 oz Crème de violette Brandied cherries for garnish (Luxardo makes the cherry for this.)
INSTRUCTIONS
In shaker, add all ingredients with ice. Shake and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
