Poinsettia Cocktail Recipe

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 9 oz cranberry juice

  • 3 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Grand Marnier)

  • 12 oz champagne, chilled

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, fresh cranberries, and orange twists (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Divide the cranberry juice and orange liqueur evenly between three champagne flutes.

  2. Top each glass with 4 oz of chilled champagne.

  3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, fresh cranberries, and an orange twist.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
