Sip of the Month: Kiss Above the Clouds

Inspired by the classic Manhattan, this cocktail is rich, warm, and complex, delivering a smooth sip with a long-lasting finish. The standout feature? It’s beautifully complemented by a grilled orange and cinnamon garnish, elevating the chocolate notes and adding a cozy touch to this grown-up espresso martini twist.

This indulgent drink is perfect for the still-cool evenings of March, offering a sophisticated balance of flavours that will leave you craving another round.
