Sip of the Month: The Sgroppino

A Venetian classic and our go-to July refresher — the Sgroppino is the perfect way to toast golden hour. Light, lemony, and quietly elegant, it’s part cocktail, part dessert — and entirely summer.

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS


1 cup chilled Prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)
2 Tablespoons chilled vodka
1/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet
1/4 tsp chopped fresh mint leaves


INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the Prosecco and vodka into two champagne flutes, dividing equally. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately.
